SLA®250 Dual Vat Conversion

TCST can convert your SLA250/40 or SLA250/50 to safely accept two different vat sizes

If you have two different vat sizes for your SLA250/40 or SLA250/50, the problem comes when you swap them over. The limit switch that detects the bottom of the elevator travel is buried in the Z-Stage and cannot be moved to safely detect the bottom of a shallow vat.
Neither can the SLA250 software detect a shallow vat and change the build-start position.

TCST now has a solution that incorporates a second set of limit switches and a simple changeover switch. We also set up the software to accept the two different vat sizes.
The whole conversion takes half a day and is done on-site.
