PAR3 Technology TCST is partnered with PAR3 Technology (formerly Manufacturing By Design) to help introduce the RP Tempering™ technologies to a wider audience.
RP Tempering increases the impact resistance and torsional durability of parts made from stereolithography, laser sintering and many other RP processes.

TCST and PAR3 have formed a relationship to work together to bring the RP Tempering process to a wider marketplace and support the customer base in their integration of this process into their business.
TCST has a proven expertise in optimizing RP processes using 6 Sigma methodologies. In addition, TCST has a wealth of practical knowledge about RP systems and an excellent knowledge of digital CAD and stl file manipulation. |

It is our intent to work directly with PAR3 and the Customer base to bring solutions to current and future problems and help optimize the process to expand current applications and open up new markets for products produced using RP technologies.
There is no question that this technology can change some of the basic characteristics of the material properties of the end product produced by the major RP technologies. The improvement in impact strength and torque are fairly well documented. Other end product improvements can be tested and proven out over time. |

Some of the goals of the collaboration are:
- Work in a coordinated effort with PAR3 to directly support the customer base in optimization of the RP Tempering process for their specific applications.
- Review past experimentation data from PAR3 and look for opportunities to do further work to add value to the process. This will also include further validation of the data and results by a 6 Sigma Master Black Belt.
- Review current RP Tempering processes with the PAR3 Team and work together to define a continuous improvement plan for the future that provides increased value to the end product and incorporates process control techniques to ensure predictability and consistent results on the characteristics of the final product.
- Work with PAR3 on future enhancements and support their Design of Experiments effort for systematic improvement on future product designs.

TCST has strong motivation to form partnership relationships where it is clear that the synergy of the organizations increases our support capability and adds real value to our Customers.
